暑假的一天，我们全家去海南玩。蔚蓝的大海一望无边，浪花像一个调皮的孩子，一会儿冲上沙滩，一会儿又飞快地退去。

Ah, this is not the legendary barnacle! As I remember from the book, barnacles are parasites adsorbed on crustaceans, which feed on plankton. There are two "gates" on them, and when the tide ebbs, the two "gates" will be closed to preserve water. I've only seen them on TV before, but I'm amazed that there are live barnacles in front of me today.
我捧起瓶子左看右看，爱不释手，真想把它带回家啊！可是妈妈告诉我，藤壶一旦离开海洋就无法生存。于是，我决定把它放归大海。
