One summer holiday, my family went to Hainan to play. The blue sea is boundless, and the spray is like a naughty child, rushing up the beach and retreating quickly.

I picked up shells on the beach. A Turquoise shell caught my attention. The surface of the shell is adsorbed by **all white objects, which are like **all volcanoes. Look carefully, "craters" one by one, "volcanoes" also have countless tentacles. I put it in the bottle and its long tentacles swayed gently with the current. Hey, what is this? Ah, this is not the legendary barnacle! As I remember from the book, barnacles are parasites adsorbed on crustaceans, which feed on plankton. There are two "gates" on them, and when the tide ebbs, the two "gates" will be closed to preserve water. I've only seen them on TV before, but I'm amazed that there are live barnacles in front of me today.

I picked up the bottle and looked left and right. I couldn't put it down. I really wanted to take it home. But my mother told me that barnacles can't survive once they leave the ocean. So I decided to put it back into the sea.

The next day, cautiously holding the bottle, I ran to the beach and gently poured the barnacle into the sea. A wave came, and put the barnacle into the embrace of the mother of the sea. Goodbye, barnacle, I hope I can see you again next time!
