今天是星期六，我亲自洗了一次鞋子。
Today is Saturday. I washed my shoes myself.
上午，我准备了凳子、盆子和肥皂放在卫生间。我选了我最脏的鞋子。开始洗鞋子了，妈妈告诉我，把鞋子先放到热水里浸泡一下再洗，因为热水可以把鞋子里的污渍“逼”出来，让你洗的时候更容易洗干净。我就照着妈妈说的去做，先把鞋子放在热水里泡一下，过了一会儿，我果然看到水变脏了，我再从水里拿出湿湿的鞋子，放在地上，涂上肥皂，用刷子从里到外刷了几遍，把脏东西驱赶出去，再用清水漂洗三四次就完成了。我折腾了快一个小时，终于把鞋子洗干净了。我把鞋子立在阳台上，因为这样可以让里面的水流出来。看着我洗得干干净净地鞋子，我心里满意极了。
In the morning, I prepared a stool, basin and soap to put in the bathroom. I chose my dirtiest shoes. I started to wash shoes. My mother told me to soak them in hot water before washing them, because hot water can "force" the stains out of the shoes, making it easier for you to wash them. I did as my mother said. First, I put my shoes in hot water to soak them. After a while, I saw that the water was dirty. Then I took out my wet shoes from the water, put them on the ground, soaped them, brushed them several times from the inside to the outside with a brush, drove them out, and rinsed them three or four times with water. I struggled for nearly an hour and finally cleaned my shoes. I put my shoes on the balcony because they let the water out. Looking at my clean shoes, I was very satisfied.
我终于学会洗鞋子了！以后我要帮爷爷奶奶多做些家务活，减轻他们的负担。
