This week is really busy and crucial for me, as I have made up my mind to get some change and have a new beginning. 一、听专业讲座，了解周记写作范围

同学们学习了一些写作理论，并不意味着就能写周记。怎样找写作素材也是个大问题，否则就是“无米之炊”了。我们的建议是：在写作的起始阶段，大家可围绕日常课堂上学习的内容来写一点东西。例如：可根据单元学过的课文内容确定一个题目（topic），根据这个题目写一段英文，此时素材是现成的，写起来比较方便。经过一个阶段的练习之后，同学们可每周自己选择题目（或根据老师布置的题目），再根据这个题目去找有关的范文，看看别人怎么写的，最后根据自己的情况，写出周记。这些题目一上来应集中在同学们比较熟悉的事物或人物上。这样写起来就有话可说。如：”My Hometown”,”My Father”,”My Favourite Season”等。

三、增加阅读数量，拓宽周记作思路

在经过一段时间的规定题材写作之后，同学们应增加自己的阅读量，拓宽臫的写作思路。因为周记毕竟不同于日记，它的写作范围要宽得多。同学们可根据自己平时感兴趣的题目或当前社会上比热门的话题来进行周记写作。如现在高科技是大家比较关心的问题，其中电脑（puter）又是大家感兴趣的东西，当然这方面的材料，课本上、报纸上比较多。选这类话题写周记时，就有话可说，这不但能提高大家的英文写作水平，也能拓宽大家的知识面。

四、办习作园地，提高周记写作兴趣

妈妈也不甘落后，她边走边注视着前方，随时做好活捉“敌人”的准备。突然，妈妈停住了脚步，急忙用右手向前一捕，又“俘虏”了一只青色的大油蚂蚱。啊？妈妈也捕到不少蚂蚱了！
