今天的阅读课上，老师让我们阅读一篇有关世界文化遗产的文章。虽然词汇量很大，但我还是努力读完了文章，并理解了文章的大意。老师表扬了我，让我更加有动力学习英语。

周四

今天的听力课上，老师播放了一段英语新闻。我觉得听起来很难，但是我还是尽力听懂了一部分。老师鼓励我多听英语新闻，提高听力水平。

周五

今天的课程结束了，我感到很满意。这一周，我在英语学习方面有了很大的进步，也更加爱学习英语了。我会继续努力，提高自己的英语水平。

Monday

During this morning's English class, the teacher asked us to practice speaking. I was nervous, but I tried my best to say a few sentences. The teacher gave me some advice to practice pronunciation and fluency.

Tuesday

In the writing class, the teacher asked us to write a short article about environmental protection. After careful consideration, I wrote a piece and received high praise from the teacher. I felt happy and more confident in writing English compositions.

Wednesday

During today's reading class, the teacher asked us to read an article about world cultural heritage. Although the vocabulary was challenging, I tried my best to read the article and understood the main idea. The teacher praised me and encouraged me to keep learning English.

Thursday

During the listening class today, the teacher played a piece of English news. I found it challenging to understand, but I still tried my best to understand part of it. The teacher encouraged me to listen to more English news to improve my listening skills.

Friday

Today's classes have ended, and I feel satisfied. This week, I have made great progress in learning English and have developed a greater love for it. I will continue to work hard to improve my English proficiency.
